人血白蛋白对破伤风液体毒素稳定性的影响研究

摘  要:文章为探究人血白蛋白对破伤风液体毒素稳定性的影响,取同一批次冻干破伤风毒素,分别配制成加入人血白蛋白和不加入人血白蛋白的2种破伤风液体毒素,并对其试验量测定结果进行对比分析。结果显示,不含人血白蛋白的破伤风液体毒素在6个月内毒素试验量下降了约34.5%;加入人血白蛋白的破伤风液体毒素试验量没有下降。由此表明,人血白蛋白可提高破伤风液体毒素的稳定性。This article studied the influence of human serum albumin on the stability of tetanus fluid toxins.The same batch of lyophilized tetanus toxin was prepared into two tetanus liquid toxins with and without human serum albumin,and the results of their test quantities were compared and analyzed.The toxicity test quantity of tetanus liquid toxins without human serum albumin decreased by about 34.5%in 6 months,and there was no decrease in liquid toxin test quantity after the addition of human serum albumin.Results showed that human serum albumin improved the stability of tetanus fluid toxins.
