摘 要:传统氮去除方法虽被广泛应用于市政污水处理领域,但其能耗高和碳足迹大的问题日益凸显。厌氧氨氧化(ANAMMOX)作为新兴的生物处理技术,强调利用特定微生物在无氧条件下将氨直接转化为氮气,能源需求较低,温室气体排放较少。然而,该过程的实际应用受限于操作条件的严格要求和对微生物活性的高度依赖。文章就厌氧氨氧化微生物在市政污水处理中的作用展开系统的实验研究,以期为该技术在实际应用中的问题提供解决方案,推动该技术在环保领域得到广泛应用。Although traditional nitrogen removal methods are widely used in municipal sewage treatment,the problems of high energy consumption and large carbon footprint have become prominent.The anaerobic ammonia oxidation(ANAMMOX)process,as an emerging biological treatment technology,utilizes specific microorganisms to directly convert ammonia into nitrogen under anaerobic conditions,demonstrating lower energy requirements and fewer greenhouse gas emissions.However,the application of this process is limited by strict requirements for operating conditions and a high dependence on microbial activity.The article conducts a systematic experimental study on the role of ANAMMOX microorganisms in municipal sewage treatment,aiming at providing solutions for practical problems and promoting the widespread application of this technology in the field of environmental protection.
