摘　　要：实现党建引领社区体育治理是做好新时代社区体育治理工作的根本保障,提升社区体育治理能力的关键在于加强党的领导。运用文献资料法、案例分析法、实地调研法等研究方法,分析了新时代党建引领社区体育治理涵盖的政治逻辑、民本逻辑、组织逻辑及其具备的实践优势,指出党建引领社区体育治理存在党建引领的机制不顺畅,党建引领的政策不充足,党建引领的方式不多元等问题。新时代加强党建引领社区体育治理的实践路径,包括:理顺党建引领社区体育治理的体制和机制,完善党建引领社区体育治理的政策文件,丰富党建引领多元主体参与社区体育治理的方式等。The realization of community sports governance leading by Party building is the fundamental guarantee of community sports governance in the new era.The key to enhance the ability of community sports governance is to strengthen the leadership of the Party.By using the methods of literature review,case analysis,field research and so on,this article analyzed the internal logic including political logic,People-oriented logic and organizational logic as well as its practical advantages of community sports governance leading by Party building in the new era,pointed out that community sports governance leading by Party building has some realistic dilemmas,such as Party building leading mechanism is poor,lack of Party building leading policies,and undiversified paths of Party building leading.The exploring paths of strengthening community sports governance leading by Party building includes rationalizing the system and mechanism of community sports governance leading by Party building,improving the policy documents of community sports governance leading by Party building,enriching the ways of Party building leading multiple subjects to participate in community sports governance.
