基于人才培养需求的公安院校图书馆服务转型路径探索

摘　　要：图书馆作为文化殿堂和未来学习中心,在公安院校人才培养过程中扮演着重要角色。基于人才培养需求探索公安院校图书馆服务转型路径可以为公安院校图书馆未来发展提供方向,为公安专业学生发展成才提供有力保障。本文以27所公安本科院校图书馆为例,通过文献和网站调研总结人才培养内容和目标,归纳其共性特征,再结合调研公安院校图书馆现有服务内容,分析现有服务存在的不足。最后,从专题化、特色化、智慧化、动态化等方面探索数智时代下公安院校图书馆基于人才培养需求的服务转型路径,为公安院校图书馆服务转型创新提供有益参考。Libraries as cultural halls and future learning centers,play an important role in the process of talent cultivation in police colleges and universities.Exploring the transformation path of library services in police colleges and universities based on the needs of talent cultivation can provide a direction for the future development of police academy libraries,and provide a strong guarantee for the development of police students’success.The paper takes the libraries of 27 undergraduate police colleges and universities as an example,summarizes the contents and objectives of talent training through literature and website research,summarizes their common characteristics,and then analyzes the deficiencies of existing services in combination with the research on the existing services of police academy libraries.Finally,the paper explores the service transformation path of police academy libraries based on the needs of talent cultivation in the era of digital intelligence from the aspects of thematization,specialization,intelligence and dynamization,which provides useful references for the innovation of service transformation of police academy libraries.
