高校学科发展与图书馆建设协同水平测度研究——基于灰色关联分析的教育部直属高校数据实证分析

摘  要:高校学科发展和图书馆建设是一个相互影响的动态系统,测度二者的协同水平有利于构建高质量教育生态。文章梳理了我国高校学科发展、图书馆建设及二者协同研究进展,基于生态系统理论、协同度模型构建了高校学科建设生态系统,测度2018-2022年高校学科发展子系统与图书馆建设子系统协同水平。实证结果显示2018-2022年高校学科建设生态系统存在波动,具体表现为:高校图书馆建设子系统有序度总体向上、高校学科发展子系统有序度存在波动、高校学科发展生态系统协同水平低。图书馆应在资源建设方面,提升站位、联动学院、协同提升高校学科建设水平,加速未来学习中心建设、支持高校教学与科研,提升图书馆协同水平、育人能力。The development of academic disciplines within higher education institutions and library construction constitute mutually influencing dynamic systems.Measuring the level of coordination between the two is beneficial for building a high-quality educational ecosystem.The paper examines the research progress regarding the development of academic disciplines in higher education institutions,library construction,and their synergy in China.Based on the theory of ecosystems and the synergy degree model,an academic discipline construction ecosystem of higher education institutions is established.The synergy level between the subsystems of academic discipline development and library construction in higher education institutions from 2018 to 2022 is assessed.The empirical results indicate that the academic discipline construction ecosystem of higher education institutions undergoes fluctuations from 2018 to 2022.Specifically,the orderliness of the library construction subsystem in higher education institutions generally ascends,the orderliness of the academic discipline development subsystem fluctuates,and the synergy level between the subsystems of academic discipline development is low.The library should raise its level of awareness in resource construction,coordinate with the colleges,and work together to enhance the level of discipline construction in higher education institutions,accelerate the construction of future learning centers,support the teaching and research work of universities,enhance the level of coordination and the ability to educate people in the library.
