面向视障读者的国内公共图书馆有声服务研究

摘　　要：探究视障读者有声服务价值与研究现状,分析国内公共图书馆为视障读者提供的有声服务特色,提出目前图书馆面向视障读者开展有声服务存在阅读需求与供给不平衡、数字设备与平台使用体验不友好、专业人员与社会力量参与不足的问题,并提出五点策略建议:自建与合作相结合,丰富图书馆有声资源馆藏;改进数字设备技术,完善视听空间配套设施;发挥图书馆员和志愿者价值,增强服务专业化程度;关注视障儿童的阅读需求,促进同伴互助式学习;开展多场景听书服务,拓宽图书馆服务空间。The paper explores the value and current research status of audio services for visually impaired readers,analyzes the features of audio services provided by public libraries for these readers in China,and identifies the existing issues such as the imbalance between reading needs and supply,the unfriendly user experience of digital devices and platforms,and the insufficient participation of professionals and social forces.Five strategic suggestions are proposed:combining self-built and cooperative efforts to enrich the audio resource collections of libraries;improving digital device technology and enhancing audiovisual facilities;leveraging the value of librarians and volunteers to enhance the professionalism of services;paying attention to the reading needs of visually impaired children and promoting peer-assisted learning;and developing multi-scenario audio book services to expand the service space of libraries.
