摘　　要：探究瑞典国家科研数据基础设施的成功经验,以期为我国构建国家科研数据基础设施提供借鉴。文章以瑞典国家数据服务中心为调研对象,采用网络调研法从愿景目标、组织模式和服务内容三个方面对瑞典国家数据服务中心展开调研分析。调研发现瑞典国家数据服务中心的科研数据管理服务水平较高,具有国家层面支持力度大、围绕科研数据生命周期开展服务以及重视科研数据安全保障等特点。我国在建设本国的科研数据基础设施时可以借鉴瑞典国家科研数据基础设施建设的先进经验,从加大国家层面的支持力度、开展嵌入科研数据生命周期的科研数据服务以及构建国内外广泛合作网络等方面提升我国的科研数据管理水平。The paper probes into the successful experience of Sweden’s national research data infrastructure to provide guidance for the establishment of a similar infrastructure in China.The study focuses on the Swedish National Data Service Center and employs network research methodology to investigate and analyze its vision,organizational model and service content.The findings reveal that the Swedish National Data Service Center offers highly advanced scientific research data management services,characterized by strong national support,a focus on the entire life cycle of scientific research data,and attention to data security.In constructing its own national research data infrastructure,China can learn from Swedish advanced practices by enhancing national-level support,implementing embedded scientific research data services throughout the life cycle process and fostering extensive domestic and international collaboration networks.
