全面深化改革“六个坚持”原则的内在逻辑、鲜明特征与实践要求

摘　　要：全面深化改革是推进中国式现代化的根本动力。“六个坚持”原则作为改革开放以来特别是新时代全面深化改革的宝贵经验,彰显出以习近平同志为核心的党中央全面深化改革的底气和决心。“六个坚持”原则是对改革开放以来特别是新时代全面深化改革宝贵经验的科学总结,是我们党不断深化对改革的规律性认识的重大成果。“六个坚持”原则涵盖政治立场、价值遵循、工作抓手、坚强保障、动力源泉、思维方法,既相互联系又各有侧重,构成了一个内涵丰富、内在统一的集合体。“六个坚持”原则具有鲜明特征,在立场上坚持党性与人民性相统一,在来源上坚持历史性与现实性相结合,在结构上坚持整体性与重点性相贯通,在执行上坚持理论性与实践性相结合。“六个坚持”原则既是理论总结也是实践要求,在实践中需要把握全面深化改革的主体论、贯彻全面深化改革的主线论、优化全面深化改革的环境论、运用全面深化改革的方法论,以期为中国式现代化开辟广阔前景。To comprehensively deepen the reform serves as the fundamental driving force for advancing Chinese Path to Modernization.The“Six Adherence”principles,as the valuable experiences since reform and opening-up,particularly the comprehensive reform in the new era,demonstrate the confidence and resolve of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC),with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core,to deepen reform comprehensively.These principles are a scientific summary of the precious experiences of reform,especially in the new era,and a significant achievement of the CPC in deepening its understanding of the laws of reform.The“Six Adherence”principles encompass political stance,value orientation,practical approaches,strong guarantees,driving forces,and methodological thinking which are interconnected with different emphasis,forming a rich and unified system.The principles exhibit distinctive features as follows:adherence to unifying the Party's spirit and people-centeredness in the stance;adherence to combining historical context with contemporary realities in the origin;adherence to integrating holistic considerations with key focuses in the structure;adherence to aligning theoretical insights with practical applications in the implementation.As both a theoretical framework and practical guideline,the“Six Adherence”principles should be applied to the practice by grasping the subjectivity of comprehensive reform,following its main theme,optimizing its environment,and employing its methodology,with an aim to open broad prospects for Chinese Path to Modernization.
