新疆文旅赋能讲好新疆故事的价值·呈现·指向——以《新疆日报》“新疆是个好地方”栏目为例

摘　　要：讲好新疆故事植根于马克思主义理论的根基,论证了中国共产党不断深化党的宣传思想文化工作。从现实环境来看,讲好新疆故事是主导意识形态领导权、话语权的战略需要;是展现新疆形象,提升中国文化软实力的迫切需要;是回应西方不实舆论,推进铸牢中华民族共同体意识的助推器。通过对《新疆日报》的特别栏目“新疆是个好地方”选材进行定量分析,剖析“新疆旅游宣传类报道”“新疆旅游故事类报道”“新疆旅游宣传推介类报道”三种不同的报道模式做好“新疆是个好地方”的宣传报道。通过分析得出报道始终坚持党性原则、人民原则、真实原则,最后提出讲好新疆故事要增强阵地意识,突出讲好新疆故事的功能性;增强内容意识,突出讲好新疆故事的真实性;注重搭建讲好新疆故事的平台,突出讲好新疆故事方式的多样化。Rooted in Marxist theory,telling a good story of Xinjiang shows that the Chinese Communist Party is keeping on the work of deepening its public communication on morality,ideology and culture.From a practical perspective,telling a good story of Xinjiang is a strategic necessity for maintaining the ideological dominance and discourse power,but also an urgent need to present Xinjiang image and enhance China's cultural soft power,and a response to Western misinformation,acting as a propeller for fostering the sense of community of the Chinese nation as well.By examining three different reporting models:report for Xinjiang tourism promotion;report for stories in Xinjiang tourism;and report for Xinjiang tourism recommendation,and how these models contribute to effective publicity for “Xinjiang is a Good Place”,this paper makes a quantitative analysis of the material selection in the special column “Xinjiang is a Good Place” in Xinjiang Daily,revealing that the reporting consistently adheres to the principles of party spirit,putting people first,and authenticity.Finally,it proposes that effectively telling a good story of Xinjiang requires strengthening awareness of the position,emphasizing the functionality of the story;enhancing quality of content,focusing on the authenticity of the story;and paying attention to building platforms for telling the stories,and highlighting the diversity of the methods in storytelling.
