摘 要:近年来,各种灾害频繁发生,导致损失严重,因此迫切需要加强应急通信保障。传统应急通信设备,如应急便携站、应急通信车等,已难以适应断网、断路或是断电等极端条件下的应急指挥通信需求,加之我国新型电力系统的建立,对电网运行的安全性、稳定性和可靠性有了更高要求。为此,本文围绕一种面向新型电力系统的快速响应与应急设备进行探讨,为突发事件以及抢险救灾情况下的快速响应与救援、紧急指挥与通信等提供参考。In recent years,various disasters occur frequently,resulting in serious losses.Therefore,there is urgent need to strengthen the emergency communication support.Traditional emergency communication equipment,such as emergency portable stations and emergency communication vehicles,has been difficult to adapt to the emergency command and communication needs under extreme conditions such as network disconnection,road interruption or power failure.In addition,the establishment of a new power system in China has placed higher requirements for the safety,stability and reliability of power grid operation.Therefore,this paper focuses on a rapid response and emergency equipment for the new power system,providing reference for rapid response and rescue,emergency command and communication in the event of emergencies and disaster relief.
