摘  要:随着全球能源转型加速,海上风电作为可再生能源的一个重要组成部分,其基础设施建设已成为保障风电场稳定高效运行的核心,而桩基施工更是海上风电基础设施建设的关键。本文围绕海上风电场桩基施工的关键技术展开探讨,详细阐述了单桩翻桩技术、拼板卷制工艺以及环缝焊接工艺等关键技术的发展和应用。从分析中可以看到,这些关键技术的应用让传统施工方法能够更有效地应对海上复杂环境的挑战,同时提高了施工效率和质量。针对垂直度控制和“溜桩”现象,本文提出了一系列技术创新和优化策略进行有效预防及控制,确保施工安全性和可靠性。With the acceleration of global energy transformation,offshore wind power,as an important component of renewable energy,its infrastructure construction has become the core to ensure the stable and efficient operation of wind farms,and pile foundation construction is the key to the construction of offshore wind power infrastructure.This paper focuses on the key technologies of pile foundation construction in offshore wind farm,elaborating on the development and application of the key technologies such as single pile turning technology,slab winding technology and girth welding technology in details.From the analysis,it can be seen that the application of these key technologies allows traditional construction methods to more effectively meet the challenges of the complex offshore environment,while improving the efficiency and quality of construction.Aiming at the phenomenon of verticality control and"pile slippage",this paper puts forward a series of technical innovations and optimization strategies for effective prevention and control to ensure the construction safety and reliability.
