摘  要:碾压混凝土是一种干硬性贫水泥的混凝土,粗骨料的级配、粒型,细骨料的颗粒级配、石粉含量、微粒含量是影响碾压混凝土的拌合物性能质量的关键。本文根据深圳抽水蓄能电站建设过程中采用针片状粒形骨料的配合比设计,以及施工应用成果,阐述骨料品质对碾压混凝土配合比设计的影响。Roller compacted concrete is a kind of dry and hard concrete with low cement content.The gradation and particle size of coarse aggregates,as well as the particle gradation,stone powder content,and particle content of fine aggregates,are the key factors affecting the performance and quality of the mixture of roller compacted concrete.This article introduces the proportioning design and construction application results of using needle and flake aggregate during the construction of Shenzhen Pumped Storage Power Station,and discusses the impact of aggregate quality on the proportioning design of roller compacted concrete.
