摘 要:地下工程作为复杂且关键的施工环节,其防水性能直接关乎到建筑结构的安全性与耐久性。本文针对传统后浇带在地下室外墙施工中易出现的渗漏问题,提出了一种优化设计的后浇带超前止水装置设备。该设备通过集成盖板、导管及防水反坎等关键组件,实现了对后浇带区域的高效防水与超前止水,不仅显著降低了因渗漏导致的维修成本,还加速了施工进度,提升了整体工程质量。As a complex and critical construction process,the waterproof performance of underground engineering directly affects the safety and durability of building structures.In view of the leakage problems that are prone to occur in the traditional post-pouring strips during the construction of the basement exterior wall,this article proposes an optimized design of the advanced water-stop device for the post-pouring strips.By integrating key components such as cover plates,conduits,and waterproof reverse sills,this device achieves efficient waterproofing and advanced water-stop in the post-pouring zone area,which can not only significantly reduce maintenance costs caused by leakage,but also accelerate the construction progress and improve overall project quality.
