摘　　要：建筑消防设施作为预防和控制火灾的重要手段,其维护保养和检测的规范性直接关系到人民生命财产的安全。本文概述了建筑消防设施维护保养检测的重要性,并指出了当前存在的主要问题,包括消防设施维护保养检测意识不足、专业技术人员缺乏、维护保养检测标准执行不到位、相关法规政策不完善等。这些问题的存在严重影响了消防设施的有效运行和火灾防控能力。本文针对上述问题,提出了加强消防设施维护保养检测的策略。通过实施这些策略,可以有效提升建筑消防安全管理水平,为社会的和谐稳定和人民的生命财产安全提供有力保障。As an important means of preventing and controlling fires,the standardization of maintenance and inspection of building fire protection facilities directly affects the safety of people's lives and property.This article outlines the importance of maintenance and inspection of building fire protection facilities,and points out the main problems that currently exist,including insufficient awareness of maintenance and inspection of fire protection facilities,lack of professional technical personnel,inadequate implementation of maintenance and inspection standards,and incomplete relevant regulations and policies.The existence of these problems seriously affects the effective operation of fire-fighting facilities as well as fire prevention and control capabilities.This article proposes strategies to strengthen the maintenance and inspection of fire protection facilities in response to the above-mentioned issues.By implementing these strategies,the level of building fire safety management can be effectively improved,providing strong guarantees for social harmony and stability,as well as the safety of people's lives and property.
