摘  要:目的:在胶带撕拉模型下比较TIVI700图像分析值和Mexameter检测值的一致性,为前臂等部位泛红程度的图像评价方法提供依据。方法:首先选择7例受试者,用胶带撕拉建立损伤泛红模型,通过CK仪器检测损伤前后及产品使用前后的经表皮水分流失率(TEWL)和皮肤血红素(EI)并分析变化情况验证该模型的可行性。然后采用已建立的胶带撕拉模型方法,选择27例受试者,通过TIVI700采集图像并分析血红细胞浓度(Red blood cell,RBC),通过Mexameter MX18检测皮肤血红素(EI),比较产品使用前后两个参数的变化趋势并进行相关性分析。结果:7例受试者测试结果显示测试样品和空白对照在损伤后即刻的TEWL值和EI值与基础值相比均存在显著性差异。测试样品在使用后的TEWL值和EI值与损伤后即刻相比有显著改善,且显著优于空白对照。胶带撕拉模型成功建立。27例受试者结果显示,测试样品在使用后1 h、2 h、3 h的EI值和RBC值均显著低于损伤后即刻。EI值和RBC值有显著强正相关(R=0.689,P<0.01)。结论:Mexameter检测值和TIVI700图像分析值相关性强,TIVI700皮肤敏感度测试仪适用于前臂等部位皮肤泛红程度的图像评价。Objective To compare the consistency of TIVI700 image analysis values and Mexameter detection values under the tape-stripping model,so as to provide a basis for the image-based evaluation of erythema in the forearm and other body parts.Methods Initially,7 subjects were selected to establish an injury model by tape-stripping.Transepidermal water loss(TEWL) and erythema index(EI) were measured using the CK instrument before and after injury,as well as before and after product application,to verify the feasibility of the model.Subsequently,using the established tape-stripping model method,27 subjects were recruited.Images were collected and red blood cell(RBC) concentration was analyzed using TIVI700,while the erythema index(EI) was detected by Mexameter MX18.The changes in the two parameters before and after product application were compared,and the correlation analysis was performed.Results The test results of the 7 subjects showed that the TEWL and EI values immediately after injury were significantly different from the baseline values for both the test samples and the blank control.The TEWL and EI values of the test samples were significantly improved after product application compared with those immediately after injury and were significantly better than those of the blank control,indicating the successful establishment of the tape-stripping model.The results from the 27 subjects demonstrated that the EI and RBC values of the test samples at 1,2,and 3 hours after application were significantly lower than those immediately after injury.A strong positive correlation was observed between EI and RBC(R=0.689,P<0.01).Conclusion There is a strong correlation between the Mexameter detection values and the TIVI700 image analysis values.The TIVI700 skin sensitivity tester is suitable for the image-based evaluation of erythema in the forearm and other body parts.
