摘　　要：黄褐斑是临床常见、易诊难治的损容性皮肤疾病之一,中医认为黄褐斑与肝、脾、肾密切相关,气血不能上荣于面为主要病机。西医认为与遗传易感性、光损伤、激素水平变化等有关,但尚不完全明确。目前西医治疗方法众多,常采用药物治疗、化学换肤及光电治疗等。此外,中医药治法疗效也可观,主要有中药内服及外用、针刺及面部刮痧等。研究表明,中药疗法主要以调控体内抗氧化、内分泌及黑色素代谢为主,虽在一定程度上可以解释部分作用机理,但仍未完全明确。因此,本文就近年来中药对黄褐斑干预治疗作用机制的研究做一综述,以期对黄褐斑的治疗提供新思路。Chloasma is one of the common and difficult dermatological diseases.According to Traditional Chinese medicine,chloasma is closely related to liver,spleen and kidney,and qi and blood can not bloom on the surface as the main pathogenesis.Western medicine believes that it is related to genetic susceptibility,light damage,hormone level changes and so on,but it is not completely clear.At present,there are many treatment methods in western medicine,such as drug therapy,chemical skin changing and photoelectric therapy.In addition,the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine is also considerable,mainly including internal and external use of Traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture and facial scraping,etc.Studies have shown that TCM therapy mainly regulates antioxidant,endocrine and melanin metabolism in vivo.Although the mechanism of action is explained to some extent,it is still not completely clear.Therefore,the author summarized the research on the mechanism of Chinese medicine intervention on chloasma in recent years in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of chloasma.
