摘  要:羟基磷灰石人工骨是最有前途的生物医用材料之一,在骨科领域和药物释放方面有着广泛的应用和研究。然而单独的羟基磷灰石脆性高,降解速度慢,限制了其在临床上的使用。聚合物在结构上与细胞外基质类似,具有良好的生物相容性,可调控的生物降解性。羟基磷灰石/壳聚糖复合材料具有良好的生物相容性和合适的力学性能,逐渐成为骨修复生物材料研究的热点。本文综述了羟基磷灰石/壳聚糖复合材料的制备及其在骨组织再生中的应用,并对羟基磷灰石/壳聚糖复合材料的研究发展方向进行展望。Hydroxyapatite (HA) artificial bone is one of the most promising biomedical materials and has been widely used and studied in the field of orthopedics and drug delivery.However,hydroxyapatite alone has high fragility and slow degradation,which limits its clinical use.The polymer is structurally similar to the extracellular matrix,has good biocompatibility,and can be regulated for biodegradability.Hydroxyapatite/chitosan composite has gradually become a research hotspot for bone repair biomaterials due to its good biocompatibility and suitable mechanical properties.This article reviews the preparation of hydroxyapatite/chitosan composite and its application in bone tissue regeneration.The research and development of hydroxyapatite/chitosan composites are also prospected.
