摘　　要：目的探讨声触诊弹性成像技术(STE)在评估补肾调经方对早发性卵巢功能不全(POI)治疗效果中的应用价值。方法选取80例初诊为POI的患者,将其分为对照组40例、观察组40例。对照组采取标准疗法芬吗通治疗,观察组在此基础上叠加应用补肾调经方进行辅助干预。比较两组治疗前与治疗3个月后卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)及抗缪勒氏管激素(AMH)的变化,常规超声检查测量治疗前后卵巢体积(OV)、窦卵泡数(AFC)、血流阻力(RI),并采用STE技术检测两组患者治疗前后卵巢杨氏模量平均值(Emean),比较各参数的变化及相关性。结果治疗后两组FSH、LH水平显著下降,AMH水平显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组AMH水平高于对照组,LH、FSH水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组OV、AFC数量显著上升,RI及Emean值显著下降(P<0.05),且观察组OV、AFC数量高于对照组,RI及Emean值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示观察组治疗前后卵巢Emean差值与FSH差值、LH差值呈正相关,与AMH差值呈负相关。结论补肾调经方能提高POI患者治疗效果,且STE可为临床评估补肾调经方治疗效果提供影像学依据。Objective To investigate the value of sound touch elastography(STE)in evaluating the therapeutic effect of Bushen Tiaojing recipe on primary ovarian insufficiency(POI).Methods Was selected for 80 patients with clinical POI as observation objects,The patients in control group were treated with standard therapy(femostone),while,for the patients in observation group,in addition to being treated with the above modality,the supplementary intervention of Bushen Tiaojing Recipe was applied.The change of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and Anti-muller's hormone(AMH)in the two groups before treatment and after treatment for 3 months were compared.The ovarian volume(OV),sinus follicle number(AFC),blood flow resistance(RI)were conventionally measured by ultrasound before and after treatment.Then,we detected the value of young′s modulus of ovary(Emean)of patients before and after treatment with STE technology,and compared the change of parameters and the correlation.Results After treatment,the levels of FSH and LH in the two groups were significantly decreased,and the level of AMH was significantly increased(P<0.05).Notably,the cohort receiving supplementary treatment,henceforth referred to as the observation assembly,exhibited elevated AMH levels alongside decreased FSH and LH values in comparison to the control group,with these differences attaining statistical significance(P<0.05).Concomitantly,assessments post-intervention disclosed a considerable rise in both ovarian volume(OV)and antral follicle counts(AFC)for both groups,this signified a positive therapeutic impact(P<0.05),RI and Emean values decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the number of OV and AFC in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,RI and Emean values were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed,according to the observation group before and after the treatment,ovarian Emean difference,LH and FSH difference difference were positively correlated,and negatively corre
