摘  要:采用文献资料法、测试法、数理统计法等,对参加2023-2024全国青年女排集训的11支队伍167名运动员进行身高、体重、指间距、手足间距4项身体形态指标以及助跑摸高、原地三级蛙跳、左右移动双手摸高计时、网下6mX6移动、30米跑、原地双手实心球掷远、V字形折返跑等7项身体素质指标的测试研究。结果表明,青年女排运动员的平均身高和体重等身体形态指标相对偏低,且存在较大个体差异,高大运动员较为稀缺;身体素质整体水平较好,队员在移动速度、上肢力量、无氧耐力和灵敏性方面仍有提升潜力。通过对比测试数据与深入分析,为女子排球精英后备人才的精准化训练及优化选拔体系提供了有力数据支撑和理论依据,旨在推动训练与选材的科学化进程。Using the method of literature,testing,mathematical statistics,etc.The height,weight,finger distance and hand distance of 167 athletes from 11 teams participating in the 2023-2024 National Youth Women's Volleyball training were measured The body shape index and 7 physical fitness indexes,such as running touch height,three leapfrog jump in place,moving hands touch height timing,6mX6 movement under the net,30 meters running,solid ball throwing distance,V-shape running back and forth were tested.The results show that the average height and weight of young female volleyball players are relatively low,and there are large individual differences,and tall athletes are scarce.The overall level of physical fitness is good,and the players still have the potential to improve in terms of moving speed,upper body strength,anaerobic endurance and agility.Through comparative test data and in-depth analysis,it provides strong data support and theoretical basis for the precise training and optimization selection system of women's volleyball elite reserve talents,aiming at promoting the scientific process of training and selection.
