滨海软土区域高层建筑桩基的优化设计与分析

摘  要:滨海地区分布有较广的深厚淤泥及淤泥质土地基,其具有高压缩性、流变性等特点,对桩基整体设计要求高。根据现场工程地质、水文地质情况的勘察结果,对原扩初设计的桩基方案进行优化调整。通过两种桩型、桩径的对比分析,Φ800耐腐蚀预应力管桩+格栅式水泥土搅拌桩的方案适用性更强、固化效果更好,经济性和安全性更佳。工程在地基处理及桩基选型方面的应用经验,可为同类工程提供一定的借鉴。There is a wide distribution of deep silt and silty soil foundation in the coastal area,which has the characteristics of high compressibility and rheology,and requires high requirements for the overall design of pile foundation.According to the investigation results of site engineering geology and hydrogeology,the pile foundation scheme designed in the original expansion is optimized and adjusted.Through the comparative analysis of the two pile types and piles diameter,the scheme ofΦ800 corrosion-resistant prestressed pipe pile+grille cement soil mixing pile has better applicability,better curing effect,better economy and safety.The application experience of the project in foundation treatment and pile foundation selection can provide certain reference for similar projects.
