摘 要:目前尚无可直接完全确定基桩质量的检测手段和方法。因此,采用多种检测方法相互验证,综合分析,是避免各检测方法局限性和片面性的解决途径。为此,基于静载试验成果,在分析静载试验数据的基础上,根据开挖揭露桩头状况,结合低应变检测法,判定基桩质量问题原因;分别采用数值计算和有限元模拟受力分析,对判定结果进行验证。文中分析了低应变检测的异常波形的识别与分析判断,对桩头偏心荷载作用下轴力集中部位下的应力沿桩身的立体分布特征进行了有限元数值研究。综合多种检测手段和分析方法,结合工程地质条件、施工工艺、材料特性等综合分析,可准确、客观地揭露基桩质量缺陷的原因。At present,there is no direct and complete testing method for determining the quality of foundation piles.The use of multiple testing methods for mutual validation and comprehensive analysis is a solution to avoid the limitation and the one-sidedness of each testing method.The article is based on the results of static load tests,analyzes the data of static load tests,combines the condition of pile heads with the low strain testing method and determines the cause of quality problems in foundation piles,and verifies the judgment results using numerical calculations and finite element simulation force analysis,respectively.The article analyzes how to identify and analyze abnormal waveforms in low strain testing and conducts finite element numerical research on the three-dimensional distribution characteristics of the stress along the pile body.The stress at the concentrated axial force position of the pile head is under eccentric load.By Integrating multiple detection methods and analysis methods,combined with engineering geological conditions,construction techniques,and material characteristics,etc,comprehensive analysis can accurately and objectively reveal the causes of quality defects in foundation piles.
