摘  要:为了更好地对装配式建筑施工中的吊装和施工进行质量控制,对福州某一装配式进行研究。首先分析装配式施工的特点,结合工程项目的实际,进行施工重难点分析。经过研究表明,22号楼采用臂长55 m,起重量为6 t的塔吊,满足预制构件的吊运要求。吊装质量的控制是装配整体式结构工程的重点环节,也是核心内容,主要控制重点在施工测量的精度上。In order to better control the quality of lifting and construction in prefabricated building construction,a study was conducted on a prefabricated building in Fuzhou.Firstly,the characteristics of prefabricated construction were analyzed,and the key and difficult points of construction were analyzed based on the actual situation of the engineering project.After research,it has been shown that the tower crane with an arm length of 55m and a lifting capacity of 6t used in Building 22 meets the lifting requirements of prefabricated components.The control of lifting quality is a key link and core content in the assembly of integral structural engineering,with the main focus on the accuracy of construction measurement.
