高掺量SBS改性OGFC透水沥青混合料的应用研究

摘　　要：OGFC沥青混合料本身具有的开级配、大空隙特点,在沥青路面在抗滑性能、排水性能以及吸音降噪性能方面具有天然优势,所以在高温多雨、潮湿易滑、楼宅临立的交通路段中,上面层采用OGFC沥青路面,对于提高道路行车安全、排水性能以及减少噪音具有重大意义。然而,在国内诸多的工程设计及实践中,绝大多数采用传统的方法及工艺进行实施,即采用专用的高粘度改性沥青作为胶结料,进行OGFC沥青混合料的生产。但是由于专用的高粘度改性沥青价格高昂,导致采用传统方法及工艺生产的OGFC沥青混合料在实施过程中造价居高不下,无法得到更加广泛的应用。因此,通过试验研究和优化改良,有效地将高掺量SBS改性沥青运用到OGFC沥青路面的生产和实施过程中去,对于降低工程造价,促使OGFC沥青路面得到进一步的推广和应用,实现经济效益,具有积极的现实意义。Because of the open gradation and large voids of OGFC asphalt mixture,asphalt pavement has natural advantages in skid resistance,drainage performance,sound absorption and noise reduction performance,therefore,OGFC asphalt pavement is of great significance to improve road traffic safety,drainage performance and reduce noise in the high temperature,rainy,wet and slippery road.However,in many domestic engineering designs and practices,most of them are carried out by traditional methods and techniques,that is,using special high viscosity modified asphalt as binder to produce OGFC asphalt mixture,but because of the high price of the special high viscosity modified asphalt,the OGFC asphalt mixture produced by the traditional method and technology can not be widely used.Therefore,through experimental research and optimization improvement,the effective use of high content SBS modified asphalt to OGFC asphalt pavement production and implementation process to reduce project costs,it is of great practical significance to promote the further popularization and application of OGFC asphalt pavement and realize economic benefit.
