摘  要:紫外线原位固化法(UI-CIPP)具有施工速度快、施工便捷和绿色节能等特点,在非开挖修复领域得到越来越多的关注。在对UV-CIPP相关原理分析的基础上,通过实际工程案例,分析紫外线原位固化法在具体项目中的修复原则,并进行参数计算,并对UI-CIPP的内衬壁厚和管道过流能力的设计要求进行梳理。最后,分析固化时间、固化距离、紫外灯功率和材料厚度等参数对固化效果的影响。研究表明,固化时间、固化距离、紫外灯功率对固化后的效果影响较为明显,并且呈现出一定相关的特性。The UV in-situ curing method(UI-CIPP)has the characteristics of fast construction speed,convenient construction,and green energy saving,and has received increasing attention in the field of non excavation repair.Based on the analysis of the relevant principles of UV-CIPP,the repair principles of UV in-situ curing method in specific projects are analyzed through practical engineering cases,and parameter calculations are carried out.Sort out the design requirements for the inner lining wall thickness and pipeline flow capacity of UI-CIPP.Finally,the influence of parameters such as curing time,curing distance,UV lamp power,and material thickness on the curing effect was analyzed.Research has shown that curing time,curing distance,and UV lamp power have a significant impact on the effect after curing,and exhibit certain related characteristics.
