摘 要:美国白蛾Hyphantria cunea(Drury)是我国重要外来入侵性害虫。目前,化学防治仍是快速控制其种群扩散蔓延和暴发的首选方法。为筛选出能在生产实践中防治美国白蛾的高效、环保制剂种类,本文测定了4种环境友好型生物农药制剂4.5%高效氯氰菊酯、10%高效氯氟氰菊酯、5%甲维·氟铃脲和25%灭幼脲对美国白蛾幼虫的毒力及林间防效。室内48 h毒力测定结果表明:5%甲维·氟铃脲处理美国白蛾3龄幼虫校正死亡率最高,其次分别为25%灭幼脲、10%高效氯氟氰菊酯和4.5%高效氯氰菊酯。4种药剂的林间药效试验结果显示:在24 h内10%高效氯氟氰菊酯防治效果最好,5%甲维·氟铃脲次之,考虑到灭幼脲发挥药效虽用时稍长但效果稳定,因此推荐除4.5%高效氯氰菊酯外的其它3种药剂用于美国白蛾幼虫防治。Hyphantria cunea(Drury)is an important invasive pest insect in China,and chemical control is still an important method to quickly control its population spread and outbreak.To screen for efficient and formulations that can prevent and control the H.cunea in production practice,we studied and determined the toxicity and field control effectiveness of four new environment-friendly biopesticides:4.5% beta-cypermethrin,10%lambda-cyhalothrin,5% femamectin bennzoat·hexaflumuron,and 25% chlorbenzuron against H.cunea larvae.The results of toxicity test at 48 h in laboratory showed that the highest corrected mortality rate of H.cunea larvae of 3rd instar was 5% femamectin bennzoat·hexaflumuron-treated,followed by 25% chlorbenzuron,10% lambda-cyhalothrin and 4.5% beta-cypermethrin.The field efficacy test results of four pesticides showed that 10% lambda-cyhalothrin had the best control effect at 24 h,followed by 5% femamectin bennzoat·hexaflumuron.Considering that chlorbenzuron was stable although it took longer to exert its efficacy,we recommended that the three tested insecticides except for 4.5% beta-cypermethrin could be used to control H.cunea larvae in the field.
