摘 要:本研究选用木屑、牛粪和苗圃土壤为基质原料,采用重心混料设计法进行复配,以苗圃土壤为对照,研究不同配方基质理化性质及其对落叶松幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,基质的理化性质指标间存在显著的相关关系;落叶松幼苗生长指标间显著相关;落叶松幼苗的苗高、地径、根干重、全株干重及壮苗指数与配方基质的容重和总孔隙度极显著相关,与基质的有机质含量显著相关,容重和有机质含量可以作为配方基质简单、直观、可操作性强的控制指标;大田育苗条件下,在苗圃土壤中添加23%~35%的木屑或者牛粪,改善了基质的理化性质,更适于落叶松容器育苗,而且可以降低运输成本。This research work selected wood chips,cow dung,and nursery soil as raw materials for substrate distribution,using a center-of-gravity mix design with nursery soil as the control.Research investigated the physicochemical properties of different formulated substrates and their effects on the growth of larch seedlings.The results showed that there was a significant correlation between the indicators of physicochemical properties of the substrate;and a significant correlation between the indicators of larch seedling growth.Seedling height,ground diameter,root dry weight,whole plant dry weight and seedling strength index of larch seedlings were highly significantly correlated with the capacity and total porosity of the formulated substrate and significantly correlated with the organic matter content of the substrate.Capacity and organic matter content can be used as simple,intuitive,and actionable controls for formulated substrates.Under field nursery conditions,the addition of 23% to 35% wood chips or cow dung to the nursery soil helps to improve the physicochemical properties of the substrate,which is more suitable for larch container nurseries and reduces transportation costs.
