摘  要:为减小穿戴式武器臂在射击过程产生后坐能量对人体造成的冲击,提高射击精度,设计了一种装在其末端的弹簧缓冲装置;建立了弹簧缓冲装置简化力学模型和武器臂的结构动力学仿真模型,并将步枪后坐力作为输入参数,分析了不同弹簧刚度下的缓冲簧受力、步枪位移、步枪后坐冲量和缓冲装置的缓冲作用。结果表明:在单发和三连发射击工况下,弹簧缓冲装置均可减小步枪射击时的后坐能量和人体所受冲击,后坐冲量和缓冲效率都随着缓冲簧刚度的增大而减小。仿真分析结果能够为改进武器臂结构设计、优化控制模型、提高射击精度和稳定性提供一定的理论依据。A spring buffering device has been designed to reduce the impact of recoil energy generated at the end of the wearable weapon arm during shooting on the human body as well as to improve shooting accuracy.A simplified mechanical model of the spring buffer device and dynamic simulation model of the weapon arm were established with the rifle recoil curve as input and spring stiffness as a variable.The spring force situation,weapon displacement curve,weapon recoil impulse and buffering efficiency of the spring buffer device were analyzed under different stiffness springs.The results show that under different shooting conditions of single shot and continuous shot,the spring buffering device can reduce the recoil energy and impact on the human body during weapon shooting.The recoil impulse and buffering efficiency both decrease with the increase of spring stiffness.The simulation results can provide a theoretical basis for improving the design of weapon arm structure,optimizing control models,and enhancing shooting accuracy and stability.
