摘  要:对金属丝材生产中冷拉拔工艺的影响因素和拉拔缺陷控制机制等进行分析,以便对拉拔过程进行有效控制,提高生产效率和产品质量。总结了国内外学者在冷拉拔工艺优化方面的研究与进展,包括:拉丝模具几何尺寸、润滑与摩擦参数等对冷拉拔工艺的影响,基于连续介质损伤力学的断裂风险评价,基于机器学习算法的冷拉拔工艺优化等内容。对冷拉拔金属丝材加工工艺的研究方法和应用现状进行梳理,以促进相关研究工作与生产实践的应用。Cold drawing process is the most widely used technology in metal wire production.Through in-depth research and analysis of various influencing factors and defect control mechanisms in drawing process,effective control of drawing process can be achieved,which helps to improve production efficiency and product quality.The article summarizes research and progress of domestic and foreign scholars in optimization of drawing processes,including the influence of drawing parameters such as geometric dimensions and lubrication of drawing dies on drawing processes,fracture risk assessment based on continuum damage mechanics,and machine learning based optimization of drawing processes.Aiming to fully understand research methods and current situation of processing technology of drawn metal wire,which promotes in-depth development of related research work,and achieves effective application in production practice.
