摘　　要：在阐述成套工艺内涵的基础上,梳理成套工艺的发展历程,总结成套工艺的主要作用,分析成套工艺的应用现状,并提出了成套工艺建设的流程和主要工作内容。通过成套工艺建设来推动多品种、小批量产品生产企业基于标准化理念,转变工艺思维方式、组织方式和工作方式,集中资源培育主流产品和主流工艺;推动企业由“一个产品一套工艺”向“同类产品一套工艺”转变,由“专用工艺”向“通用工艺”转变,由“小批量生产”向“大批量生产”转变,以减少重复性工艺设计,缩短研发和生产周期,提升工艺重用性、产品成品率和质量一致性,增强市场竞争力,实现规模效益与企业的高质量发展。This paper expounds the concept and connotation of set-process,sorts out the development process ofset-process,summarizes the important role of set-process,analyzes the current working situation of set-process,and puts forward the work contents and construction process of set-process.Through the construction of set-process,multi-variety and small-batch product enterprises can be promoted to change the process thinking mode,organization mode and working mode based on the concept of standardization,so as to concentrate resources to cultivate mainstream products and mainstream processes.It promotes the transformation of enterprises from“one product,one process”to“one process for similar products”,from special process to“general process”,from“small batch products”to“large batch products”.It is helpful for the enterprises to reduce process repeated design;shorten research and production cycle;improve process repeatability,yield and quality consistency;improve research-production efficiency and scale efficiency;enhance market competitiveness;and achieve high-quality development.
