电机转子自动钻削去重动平衡系统的研究

摘  要:针对电机转子动平衡的人工操作效率低和产品质量参差不齐等问题,设计了一种电机转子自动钻削去重动平衡系统,并对电机转子不平衡质量(即不平衡量)的钻削去除过程进行了精确建模与仿真。所设计动平衡系统能够将-5~+5 V的模拟信号输入采集卡,并将采集卡输出的数字信号输入单片机控制子系统;通过单片机控制子系统内部的不平衡量计算程序,计算两个校正面存在的不平衡量;将不平衡量与不平衡相位信息传递给钻削程序,最终实现对电机转子进行的自动钻削去重。试验结果表明:采用该电机转子自动钻削去重动平衡系统能让电机转子的不平衡量减少90%多。To solve the problems of low efficiency in manual operation and variable product quality in the dynamic balancing of electric motor rotors,an automatic drilling and weight removal dynamic balancing system for electric motor rotors has been designed and developed.The process of removing the unbalanced mass through drilling has been precisely modeled and simulated.The analog signal ranging from-5 to+5 V is transmitted to a data acquisition card,which then sends the digital signal to a microcontroller system.The microcontroller system calculates the unbalanced mass using internal imbalance mass calculation code and determines the unbalanced mass present on both correction planes.Finally,the unbalanced mass and its position are conveyed to the drilling program to achieve automatic drilling and weight removal for the electric motor rotor.The experimental results show that the imbalance reduction rate of the designed automatic drilling and weight removal dynamic balancing system for electric motor rotors reaches more than 90%.
