摘  要:城市居住区的生态宜居性评价能有效揭示城市发展中存在的宜居性挑战。本研究以济南市中心城居住区为研究对象,结合遥感影像数据、POI数据、土地利用数据等多源数据,从研究区的本底生态环境和宜居环境建设2个维度9个具体指标构建了城市居住区生态宜居性评价指标体系,并运用TOPSIS优劣解距离法进行城市居住区的生态宜居性评价。结果表明:济南市中心城居住区生态宜居水平差异性较大,生态宜居综合得分高的居住区多为片区绿化率高、距离公园近且夏季地表温度较低的住宅区,整体上呈现南部向东部边缘地区的居住区生态宜居指数较高,中部向西北部地区较低,东北部与西部区域的居住区生态宜居性高值与低值混杂分布。在指标维度上,本底生态环境指标层的生态宜居评价指数分布与生态宜居综合评价指数分布较为一致,各居住区间的宜居环境建设指标层的生态宜居评价得分差异较本底生态环境指标层的生态评价得分小。This study takes the residential area in the central city of Jinan as the research object,and combines remote sensing image data,POI data,land use data and other multi-source data to construct an ecological livability evaluation index system for urban residential areas from two dimensions of background ecological environment and livable environment construction,with nine specific indicators.The TOPSIS superiority and inferiority solution distance method is used to evaluate the ecological livability of urban residential areas.The results show that there is a significant difference in the ecological livability level of residential areas in the central city of Jinan.Residential areas with high comprehensive ecological livability scores are mostly those with high greening rates,close proximity to parks,and low surface temperatures in summer.Overall,the ecological livability index of residential areas in the southern to eastern edge areas is higher,while that in the central to northwestern areas is lower.The ecological livability of residential areas in the northeast and western regions is mixed with high and low values.In terms of indicator dimensions,the distribution of ecological livability evaluation index in the background ecological environment indicator layer is relatively consistent with the distribution of ecological livability comprehensive evaluation index.The difference in ecological livability evaluation scores in the livable environment construction indicator layer of each residential area is smaller than that in the ecological evaluation score of the background ecological environment indicator layer.
