摘 要:为探索城市湖泊浮游植物群落与环境因子之间的关系,于2023年5月—2024年1月在嘉兴南北湖、穆湖和石臼漾3个城市湖泊布设了4个点位,开展了为期1年4次调查。结果显示:共鉴定出浮游植物7门85种,种类组成主要是硅藻门(36.5%)和绿藻门(35.3%)。3个景观湖泊浮游植物丰度和生物量存在着显著的时空差异,全年年均值空间上均呈现南北湖>穆湖>石臼漾的趋势,季节上呈现夏秋季>春冬季的趋势。嘉兴市3个景观湖泊优势种春季主要以蓝藻门和硅藻门为主;夏秋季主要是蓝藻门,其中细鞘丝藻(Leptolyngbya sp.)和假鱼腥藻(Pseudanabaena sp.)优势度指数较高。对嘉兴市3个城市景观湖泊进行典范对应分析(CCA)表明透明度、总氮和氨氮与浮游植物群落有着显著的相关性。基于Shannon-Wiener多样性指数和Pielou均匀度指数对嘉兴3个景观湖泊的水质进行评价,判断穆湖和石臼漾水质整体处于轻度污染-清洁状态,而南北湖水质整体处于中污染状态。To explore the relationship between phytoplankton communities and environmental factors in urban lakes,four sites were set up in three urban lakes in Jiaxing City,Nanbei Lake,Muhu Lake,and Shijiuyang,from May 2023 to January 2024 for a period of one year and four surveys.The results showed that a total of 85 species from 7 phyla of phytoplankton were identified,mainly composed of Bacillariophyta(36.5%)and Chlorophyta(35.3%).There were significant spatio and temporal differences in the abundance and biomass of phytoplankton in the three landscape lakes.The annual average values show a spatial trend of Lake Nanbei>Mu Lake>Shijiuyang,and a seasonal trend of summer and autumn>spring and winter.The dominant species of the three landscape lakes in Jiaxing City are mainly cyanobacteria and diatoms in spring,and cyanobacteria in summer and autumn.Meanwhile,Leptolyngbya sp.and Pseudoanabaena sp.have higher dominance indices.CCA analysis was showed that transparency,total nitrogen,and ammonia nitrogen were the three environmental factors with strong correlation with phytoplankton communities.Based on the Shannon-Wiener diversity index and Pielou evenness index,the water quality of three landscape lakes in Jiaxing City was evaluated.It was determined that the water quality of Mu Lake and Shijiuyang was generally in light pollution or no pollution,while the water quality of Nanbei Lake was generally in a moderately polluted state.
