摘  要:雅鲁藏布江是我国西藏地区第一大河,也是世界上海拔最高的大河,蕴含丰富的淡水资源。为了探究雅鲁藏布江中游加查-朗县江段的浮游生物群落结构及时空分布特征,本研究于2017—2023年连续7年,于7—8月份对加查-朗县江段开展浮游生物采样调查,共设置采样点5个。结果表明,该区域共有浮游植物7门43属230种,其中,硅藻门鉴定出13属139种,在浮游植物群落中占绝对优势;浮游动物隶属于3门30属130种,其中,轮虫类鉴定出12属62种,在浮游动物群落中占绝对优势。从密度和生物量来看,2023年浮游植物的总密度和生物量最大,分别为0.219 7×10^(5)个/L和0.061 0 mg/L,2019年最小,分别为0.002 5×10^(5)个/L和0.006 1 mg/L;2018年浮游动物总密度和生物量最大,分别为30.062个/L和0.343 mg/L,2021年最小,分别为0.055个/L和0.000 3 mg/L。The Yarlung Zangbo River,Tibet s largest and the world s highest,boasts abundant freshwater.To elucidate the plankton community architecture and distribution patterns in the Jiacha-Langxian stretch of the Yarlung Zangbo River s mid-reach,a systematic sampling campaign was undertaken from July to August annually over seven consecutive years(2017—2023),establishing five strategic sampling stations within the study area.The results showed that there were 230 species of phytoplankton in 7 phyla,43 genera,among which 139 species were identified from 13 genera of diatoma,which dominated the phytoplankton community.The zooplankton belong to 130 species of 30 genera in 3 phyla,among which 62 species of rotifers were identified in 12 genera,which dominated the zooplankton community.In terms of density and biomass,the total density and biomass of phytoplankton in 2023 were the largest,0.2197×10^(5) ind./L and 0.0610 mg/L,respectively;The minimum in 2019 is 0.0025×10^(5) cells/L and 0.0061 mg/L respectively;The total density and biomass of zooplankton were the largest in 2018,which were 30.062 and 0.343 mg/L,respectively;The minimum in 2021 is 0.055 cells/L and 0.0003 mg/L respectively.
