摘 要:笔者通过对龙滩电厂励磁录波以及同步相量测量装置(PMU)录波的分析,揭示电厂电压大幅波动的原因。针对常规PSS参数整定方法存在的不足,研究提出一种采用小隔直时间常数、有效抑制系统电压波动的PSS参数整定方法。通过大网时域仿真、实际励磁调节器的半物理闭环仿真以及现场试验等多种手段,结合龙滩电厂3号、4号机组,对常规PSS整定参数与该文提出的PSS参数整定方案进行全面的效果比对和评估。结果表明:该文提出的PSS参数优化方法和方案,不仅能保证与原参数相当的本机振荡和区域振荡阻尼水平,而且相较于原参数,对机组正常运行时的电压波动抑制效果显著,可大幅提升机组和电网的电压稳定性。Through the analysis of excitation waveform recordings and synchronous phasor measurement unit(PMU)data at Longtan Power Plant,this study identifies the root causes of significant voltage fluctuations at the facility.To address the limitations of conventional power system stabilizer(PSS)parameter tuning methods,we propose an optimized PSS parameter tuning approach incorporating small DC-blocking time constants that effectively suppresses system voltage fluctuations.Utilizing multiple validation methodologies including large-gnid time-domain simulations,hardware-in-the-loop(HIL)closed-loop simulations with actual excitation regulators,and field tests on Units 3 and 4 of Longtan Power Plant,a comprehensive comparative evaluation was conducted between conventional PSS parameters and the proposed tuning scheme.The results demonstrate that the optimized PSS parameter configuration not only maintains equivalent damping performance for local and inter-area oscillations compared with original settings,but also achieves remarkable voltage fluctuation suppression during normal generator operation.This innovation signifcantly enhances both unit-level and grid-wide voltage stability.
