地脚螺栓埋设专用装置设计制作及在山地光伏支架基础施工中的应用

摘  要:光伏支架基础地脚螺栓采用传统工艺施工时一次验收合格率较低,且存在地脚螺栓中心距离偏差较大等质量问题。因此在马山县林圩新华农光互补光伏发电项目中,研制并应用光伏支架地脚螺栓埋设精准度控制专用装置。笔者详细介绍该专用装置的工作原理、设计制作过程及在山地光伏支架基础施工中的应用情况。结果表明,使用该装置可提高施工一次验收合格率,解决传统施工方法存在的质量问题,提高施工效率并降低成本。该装置适用于光伏发电项目灌注桩基础及其他项目微型灌注桩基础的U形地脚螺栓预埋施工,具有较高的推广应用价值。When the anchor bolt of photovoltaic bracket foundation is constructed by traditional process the acceptance rate is low and there are quality problems such as large deviation of the center distance of the anchor bolt.Therefore in Xinhua Agricultural-PV Complementary Photovoltaic Power Generation Project in Linxu Mashan County a special device for embedding precision control of photovoltaic bracket anchor bolts was developed and adopted.The author introduces in detail the working principle design and production process of the special device and its application in the construction of mountain photovoltaic bracket foundation.The results show that the use of the device can improve the acceptance rate of the construction solve the quality problems existing in the traditional construction method improve the construction efficiency and reduce the cost.The device is suitable for the pre-embedded construction of U-shaped anchor bolts for the foundation of cast-in-place piles in photovoltaic power generation projects and other micro-pile foundations and has high promotion and application value.
