摘  要:为提升含分布式电源(DG)配电网故障诊断的准确性和效率,有效应对元件拒动或误动以及复杂故障频率波动问题,提出一种基于时间序列的含DG配电网故障主动诊断方法。通过构建含DG配电网整体与保护元件动作时间序列,运用固有时间尺度分解(ITD)方法提取和重构含DG配电网故障典型特征。借助原有的Petri网与含DG配电网重构特征,构建模糊Petri网。分析含DG配电网状态变化,结合其故障信号频率与触发条件,主动诊断含DG配电网故障。结果表明,该方法能适应各类情况下的含DG配电网故障状态,有效排除元件拒动或误动的干扰,提高不同类型故障的诊断准确性,且具备较高的诊断效率和鲁棒性。In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of fault diagnosis of distribution network with distributed generation DG and effectively deal with the problems of component rejection or misoperation and complex fault frequency fluctuation an active fault diagnosis method of distribution network with DG based on time series is proposed.By constructing a time series of the overall and protective component actions of the distribution network with DG the intrinsic time-scale decomposition ITD method is used to extract and reconstruct the typical fault characteristics of the distribution network with DG.The fuzzy Petri net is constructed by using the original Petri net and the reconfiguration characteristics of distribution network with DG.The state change of distribution network with DG is analyzed and the fault signal frequency and trigger condition of distribution network with DG are combined to actively diagnose the fault of distribution network with DG.The results show that the method can adapt to the fault state of distribution network with DG under various conditions effectively eliminate the interference of component rejection or misoperation improve the diagnostic accuracy of different types of faults and has high diagnostic efficiency and robustness.
