摘  要:为验证输电铁塔横担空材验算的必要性,笔者首先从结构构造和受力方面分析在纵向荷载作用下,导线挂点处节点刚性在程序模拟与实际工程中存在的差异,并提出消除差异的方法;然后基于Smart Load三维计算分析结果,详细说明并验证空材对横担杆件内力的影响。结果表明:在纵向荷载作用下,空材对横担杆件内力影响较大,建议采用包络设计法,同步开展满布与空材工况对比计算,并加大杆件规格。该研究可为横担空材验算提供理论依据和参考借鉴。In order to verify the necessity of empty material checking calculation of transmission tower crossarm the authors first analyze the difference between the program simulation and the actual project of the joint rigidity at the wire hanging point under the longitudinal load from the aspects of structure and force and put forward the method to eliminate the difference.Then based on the results of the three-dimensional calculation and analysis of Smart Load the influence of the empty material on the internal force of the crossarm bar is explained and verified in detail.The results show that under the action of longitudinal load the empty material has a great influence on the internal force of the cross arm bar.It is recommended to adopt the envelope design method to simultaneously carry out the comparative calculation of full cloth and empty material conditions and increase the bar size.The research can provide theoretical basis and reference for the calculation of crossarm empty material.
