摘 要:通过将火山灰与粉煤灰进行对比,笔者探究火山灰作为混凝土掺和料对混凝土性能的影响。通过对混凝土原材料性能进行检测,并设计混凝土配合比;对比不同水胶比条件下粉煤灰混凝土和火山灰混凝土的拌和物性能和力学性能。结果表明,相较于粉煤灰混凝土,火山灰混凝土拌和物密度较大,坍落度和含气量较小,火山灰混凝土早期强度有优势,但后期强度增长放缓。我国火山灰资源丰富,市场应用前景广泛,对其进行更深入的研究有利于实现资源的有效利用,推动工程行业可持续发展。The authors compare volcanic ash with fly ash to explore the influence of volcanic ash as a concrete admixture on the performance of concrete.By testing the performance of concrete raw materials and designing the concrete mix ratio the performance and mechanical properties of fly ash concrete and volcanic ash concrete under different water-binder ratios were compared.The results show that compared with fly ash concrete the density of volcanic ash concrete mixture is larger the slump and air content are smaller and the early strength of volcanic ash concrete is superior but the later strength growth slows down.China is rich in volcanic ash resources and has broad market application prospects.More in-depth research on it is conducive to the effective use of resources and the sustainable development of the engineering industry.
