摘 要:本研究于2023年对丹江口水库丹库库区进行了季度监测,对甲壳类浮游动物组成、群落变化及功能群与水环境的关系进行了系统的研究。调查果表明:丹江口水库的浮游甲壳类动物全年共检测出功能群五种,主要包括小型浮游甲壳类滤食者(SCF)、中型浮游甲壳类捕食者(MCC)、中型浮游甲壳类滤食者(MCF)、大型浮游甲壳类捕食者(LCC)和大型浮游甲壳类滤食者(LCF)。春季和冬季LCF占主导地位,夏季和秋季MCC占主导,秋季MCC和LCF占比相当。研究显示,温度(WT)、溶氧(DO)和叶绿素a (Chl.a)等水环境因素对浮游甲壳类功能群有显著影响。在南水北调和长江大保护背景下,本研究将为丹江口水库浮游动物组成、功能群研究以及水环境保护提供数据支持。There is a close relationship between zooplankton and the water environment of the reservoir.In this study,quarterly monitoring was conducted in Danjiangkou Reservoir Danjiang reservoir area in 2023 to systematically investigate the composition,community changes and functional groups of crustacean zooplankton in relation to the water environment.The results showed that 27 genera and 54 species of planktonic crustaceans were detected in Danjiangkou Reservoir throughout the year,of which 72.2%were copepods and 27.8%were dendrobatids.Among the 13 sampling sites,there were significant differences in the number of copepod species between seasons,with the highest number of species in winter at site S1(25 species)and the lowest at site S3(9 species).The density and biomass of planktonic crustaceans also showed significant seasonal and spatial differences.LCF dominated in spring and winter,MCC dominated in summer and fall,and MCC and LCF were equally represented in fall.The study showed that water environmental factors such as temperature(WT),dissolved oxygen(DO)and chlorophyll a(Chl.a)had significant effects on the functional groups of planktonic crustaceans.In the context of South-to-North Water Diversion and Yangtze River protection,this study will provide data support for the study of zooplankton composition and functional groups in Danjiangkou Reservoir as well as water environmental protection.
