摘 要:为研究大口黑鲈精养池塘的浮游植物群落结构特征变化情况,于6~8月采集池塘水体样品,进行浮游植物群落组成及相关水质指标的分析。试验共检出浮游植物8门56种。浮游植物总数量为4.54×10^(6)~1.17×10^(7)cells/L,数量多样性为3.0~3.9。不同月份池塘均以绿藻门占比(42.50%~57.14%),小球藻优势度较高。In order to study the changes in the structural characteristics of phytoplankton communities in a Micropterus salmoides intensive pond,water samples were collected from June to August to analyze the composition of phytoplankton communities and related water quality indicators.A total of 56 species from 8 phyla of phytoplankton were detected in the experiment.The total number of phytoplankton is 4.54×10^(6)~1.17×10^(7) ind./L,and the numerical diversity is 3.0~3.9.The ponds in different months are mainly dominated by Chlorophyta,accounting for 42.50%~57.14%,with a high dominance of Chlorella.
