摘 要:为了制备高性能的SiO_(2)基复合吸附剂,本文对不同液固比、硝酸浓度、反应时间、搅拌速度和反应温度下吸附剂的磷吸附率进行分析,确定SiO_(2)基复合吸附剂最佳制备工艺参数。通过实验得出,黄磷炉渣主要成分为CaO,占比最多粒径为25.67μm,内部为非晶体结构。当液固比为10∶1、硝酸体积分数为18%、反应时间为60 min,搅拌速度为300 r/min、反应温度为70℃,镧改性SiO_(2)基复合吸附剂吸附性能最佳,吸附率为79.97%。上述研究为制备高吸附率的绿色环保吸附剂提供参考。In order to prepare high-performance SiO_(2) based composite adsorbents,this paper analyzes the phosphorus adsorption rate of the adsorbent under different liquid-solid ratios,nitric acid concentrations,reaction times,stirring speeds,and reaction temperatures,and determines the optimal preparation process parameters for SiO_(2) based composite adsorbents.Through experiments,it was found that the main component of yellow phosphorus slag is CaO,with a maximum particle size of 25.67μm and an amorphous structure inside.When the liquid-solid ratio is 10:1,the volume fraction of nitric acid is 18%,the reaction time is 60 minutes,the stirring speed is 300 r/min,and the reaction temperature is 70℃,the adsorption performance of the lanthanum modified SiO_(2) based composite adsorbent is optimal,with an adsorption rate of 79.97%.The above research provides reference for the preparation of green and environmentally friendly adsorbents with high adsorption rates.
