摘 要:四氯化碳生产过程中会产生氯代异丁腈杂质,现有吸附脱除技术存在一定弊端,难以对杂质进行高效处理。为进一步提高四氯化碳生产效率,对四氯化碳中氯代异丁腈杂质的吸附脱除技术进行研究。在明确实验材料、流程和条件的基础下,对不同吸附试剂的实际应用效果研究。通过研究得出结论,水洗椰壳类活性炭作为吸附试剂对氯代异丁腈杂质具有更好吸附效果。Impurities of chlorinated isobutyronitrile are generated during the production process of carbon tetrachloride,and existing adsorption removal technologies have certain drawbacks,making it difficult to efficiently treat the impurities.To further improve the production efficiency of carbon tetrachloride,the adsorption removal technology of chlorinated isobutyronitrile impurities in carbon tetrachloride is studied.On the basis of clarifying experimental materials,procedures,and conditions,study the practical application effects of different adsorption reagents.Through research,it has been concluded that washed coconut shell activated carbon as an adsorbent has a better adsorption effect on chlorinated isobutyronitrile impurities.
