摘  要:深井钻探面临高温高盐、钻进摩阻高等难题,现有的水基钻井液润滑剂在高盐高温下效果欠佳。本文旨在研发抗220℃抗饱和盐水基钻井液润滑剂。通过分析常用润滑剂性能,提出研制思路,确定最优合成方案,制备出满足深井钻井液要求的润滑剂。Deep well drilling faces challenges such as high temperature,high salt content,and high drilling friction.Existing water-based drilling fluid lubricants have poor performance under high salt and high temperature conditions.This article aims to develop a lubricant for drilling fluids based on salt water that is resistant to 220℃ saturation.By analyzing the performance of commonly used lubricants,this paper proposes development ideas,determines the optimal synthesis scheme,and prepares lubricants that meet the requirements of deep well drilling fluids.
