摘 要:研究采用UPLC-MSMS技术,结合QuEChERS前处理方法,建立了一种用于复杂基质中34种抗菌药物多残留检测的分析方法。通过优化色谱条件和质谱检测参数,实现了目标化合物的快速、高效分离和检测。该方法在0.1~100μg/kg范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数(R~2)均大于0.995,精密度和准确度符合残留分析方法的验证标准,检测限和定量限分别为0.05~0.5μg/kg和0.15~1.5μg/kg。实际样品检测表明,该方法适用于畜禽肉类、水产品、蛋类及乳制品中的多抗菌药物残留分析,且部分样品中抗菌药物残留超出国家规定的最大残留限量。A UPLC-MS technology combined with QuEChERS pretreatment method was used to establish an analytical method for multi residue detection of 34 antibiotics in complex matrices.By optimizing chromatographic conditions and mass spectrometry detection parameters,rapid and efficient separation and detection of the target compound have been achieved.This method has a good linear relationship in the range of 0.1~100μg/kg,with correlation coefficients(R2)greater than 0.995.The precision and accuracy meet the validation standards of residual analysis methods,with detection limits and quantification limits of 0.05~0.5μg/kg and 0.15~1.5μg/kg,respectively.Actual sample testing has shown that this method is suitable for the analysis of multi-antibiotic residues in livestock and poultry meat,aquatic products,eggs,and dairy products,and some samples have antibiotic residues exceeding the maximum residue limit set by the national regulations.
