摘　　要：通过优化前处理方法、取样质量及仪器条件,探讨了水浴消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定土壤中锰含量的方法原理、注意事项及最佳条件。结果表明:该方法简便易行,准确性好,灵敏度高,适用于测定土壤中的锰含量。By optimizing the pre-treatment method,sampling quality,and instrument conditions,the principle,precautions,and optimal conditions of water bath digestion inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry for determining manganese content in soil were explored.The results indicate that this method is simple,easy to implement,accurate,and highly sensitive,and is suitable for determining the manganese content in soil.
