摘  要:氮化硅试样用酸分解不完全,会造成结果严重偏低,为此以氢氧化钠为熔剂,熔融浸出后,加酸酸化,在一定酸度下加入氟化钾、硝酸钾,使硅转化为氟硅酸钾沉淀,加中性沸水使氟硅酸钾水解,析出等量的氢氟酸,用氢氧化钠标准溶液滴定。通过实验,总结出处理试样的方式及实验进行过程中需要控制的条件。用此方法测定两个氮化硅标准物质,测定结果表明方法有较好的准确度和精密度,满足钢铁企业化验室日常分析的要求。Silicon nitride samples with the acid decomposition is incomplete,can cause serious low results,therefore with sodium hydroxide as flux,melting leaching,acidification,under a certain acidity to add potassium fluoride,potassium nitrate,make silicon into potassium fluoride silicate precipitation,add neutral boiling water to fluoride silicate potassium hydrolysis,equal amount of hydrofluoric acid,with sodium hydroxide standard solution titration.Through the experiment,summarize the treatment of the sample,the process of the experiment needs to control the conditions.Using this method to determine two silicon nitride standard substances,and the determination results show that the method has good accuracy and precision,which meets the requirements of daily analysis in the laboratory of iron and steel enterprises.
