沉降罐含油污泥性质和沉降规律研究

摘　　要：为进一步探索延长油田沉降罐大罐排泥工艺,开展延长油田原油性质和沉降罐含油污泥理化性质分析,探究油泥沉降规律。研究结果表明,生产区块原油属轻质原油,平均密度0.85 g/cm^(3),平均黏度6.59 m Pa·s;含油污泥含固率在30%~40%之间,含水率主要在15%~45%之间,含油率在20%~40%之间;当污泥粒径小于100μm时,难以完全沉降。当沉降时间为8 h时,污泥颗粒不能完全沉降,进入处理系统增加污水处理系统运行负荷,因此,沉降罐沉降时间应选择16 h较为合适。In order to further explore the process of extending the settling tank of the oil field,this paper conducted an analysis of the properties of crude oil and the physicochemical properties of oily sludge in the settling tank of the oil field,and explored the settling law of oil sludge.The research results indicate that the crude oil in the production block belongs to light crude oil,with an average density of 0.85 g/cm^(3) and an average viscosity of 6.59 mPa·s.The solid content of oily sludge is between 30% and 40%,the moisture content is mainly between 15%and 45%,and the oil content is between 20% and 40%.When the particle size of sludge is less than 100μm,it is difficult to completely settle.When the settling time is 8 hours,the sludge particles cannot completely settle and enter the treatment system to increase the operating load of the sewage treatment system.Therefore,the settling time of the settling tank should be selected as 16 hours,which is more appropriate.
