摘 要:BDO(1,4-丁二醇)作为军工、医药、纺织、化工等领域的重要有机原材料,具有应用范围广、高附加值、性能良好等特点,对现代化工业发展具有显著的价值作用。为进一步拓宽BDO的生产路径,本文对基于煤炭深加工的BDO生产工艺进行优化分析。经过研究可得出结论,本文设计的BDO生产工艺优化方案大幅度提高了BDO的纯度可达99.81%左右,选择性达98%左右,对BDO生产具有一定的支持帮助。BDO(1,4-butanediol),as an important organic raw material in military,pharmaceutical,textile,chemical and other fields,has the characteristics of wide application range,high added value,and good performance,and has significant value for the development of modern industry.To further broaden the production path of BDO,this article conducts optimization analysis on the BDO production process based on coal deep processing.After research,it can be concluded that the BDO production process optimization scheme designed in this article significantly improves the purity of BDO by about 99.81%and the selectivity by about 98%,which has certain support and assistance for BDO production.
