摘  要:针对某煤矿井下煤层赋存变化及采煤工艺的调整,原煤进入选煤厂洗选后所产生的浮选尾煤灰分过低的问题,探讨改造原有的选煤厂浮选工艺,拟再增加一段浮选设施,采用二段浮选代替现有一段浮选。根据试验结果,证明采用二段浮选工艺后粗煤泥浮选精煤的产率提高了1.2%,尾煤灰分质量分数达到73.24%、提高了27.54%,同时产生了中间产品中煤,使得企业的经济效益得到显著提高。In response to the changes in underground coal mining technology and mining methods in the coal mine,as well as the problems of excessive coal slurry and low ash content in the flotation tailings after the raw coal enters the coal preparation plant for washing,the flotation system has been reformed by using a two-stage flotation process instead of the existing one-stage flotation process.According to the experimental results,it is proved that the two-stage flotation process effectively alleviates the problem of large amount of coal slime.The output of flotation clean coal is increased by 1.2%,the ash content of flotation tail coal increased by 27.54%,reaching 73.24%,and the flotation middling coal products are increased,significantly improving the economic benefits of the enterprise.
