深部煤层诱导开采工艺数值模拟与开采评价

摘  要:针对深部煤层出现可靠性低、截割效率不足等问题,分析了中部切槽施工工艺对截割效率和安全性影响,研究了深部煤层低能耗截割理论,提出低能耗采煤工艺,并进行数值模拟,显示诱导开采对上部煤层截割破坏模式的影响,诱导沿主裂纹发生方向扩展。通过现场实际应用,结果显示:采用新的深部煤层诱导开采技术截割能耗节约18.82%,生产成本降低约690万元,工作面设备的可靠性得到加强。In response to the problems of low reliability and insufficient cutting efficiency in deep coal seams,this paper analyzes the impact of middle groove construction technology on cutting efficiency and safety,studies the theory of low-energy cutting in deep coal seams,proposes low-energy mining technology,and conducts numerical simulations to show the influence of induced mining on the cutting failure mode of the upper coal seam,inducing propagation along the direction of the main crack.Through on-site practical application,the results show that adopting the new deep coal seam induction mining technology can save 18.82%in cutting energy consumption,reduce production costs by about 6.9 million yuan,and enhance the reliability of working face equipment.
